Spokane transitions non-emergency calls to 311 service

The City of Spokane has announced that all non-emergency calls will now be routed to the 311 service, effective immediately.

This change is designed to improve response times for non-emergency situations by streamlining the call process. Previously, non-emergency calls were directed to Crime Check, but the city believes the 311 system will provide more efficient service.
