Staff and Student data compromised in Spokane Public Schools data breach

Spokane Public Schools (SPS) now suspects the data breach on Sept 21 compromised student and staff information.

The school district says they are working with a third party firm to determine exactly what information was compromised.

The initial breach shut down some staff systems, which have since been restored. SPS says once they have details about the compromised information, they will get in contact with individuals who were affected.
