Spokane announces Indigenous Peoples' Day schedule changes

The City of Spokane will observe Indigenous Peoples' Day on Monday, October 12.

On this day, on-street parking meters and kiosks will not require payments, although all parking rules, including time limits, will still be enforced.

Despite the holiday, city of Spokane offices will remain open, and garbage, recycling, and food and yard waste services will continue on their normal schedule.
