SBA Offers Disaster Loans to Latah County Residents

U.S. Small Business Association declared a disaster for Latah, Clearwater, and Nez Perce counties.

Low-interest loans available for homeowners, renters, and businesses affected by storms, landslides, and flooding from the March storms.

Application deadlines: Physical Damage by October 26, 2026; Economic Injury by May 26, 2027.

Interest rates start at 2.875% for homeowners and 4% for businesses.
