Starting October 1, utility customers in Post Falls, Idaho, will have the option to support St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho through their monthly utility bills.
This new initiative allows residents to make voluntary donations to assist those experiencing financial hardship with essential living costs, including utility bills. Mayor Randy Westlund expressed support for the partnership.
The organization will use the donations to help residents manage their expenses and connect them with additional resources. Customers can choose St. Vincent de Paul as their donation recipient when paying their utility bills.
