Construction has started on the East City Park Stage Replacement Project in Moscow, Idaho. The Moscow City Council approved the construction contract on September 21, 2026, to replace the deteriorating stage.
The new stage will be integrated with the park's existing restroom building. The existing restrooms will be closed during construction, but an accessible portable restroom will be available near the south end of the park.
Construction fencing will be installed around the project area, and park visitors are asked to stay outside the fenced zone.
The project is expected to be completed by April 2027, with public art installations planned for May 2027.
